Africa Israel Banned from Condo Sales Again

April 30, 2014 — A New York State Supreme Court judge reinstated a previous order banning Africa Israel, developer of 15 Broad Street (pictured), from co-op and condo sales in the state. According to TheRealDeal.com, Judge Debra James rejected a bid by Africa Israel to lift the ban. She also left the remainder of the restraining order intact, ordering him to release control of the board to unit-owners.
