Using the corporation's websites, services such as "Building Link," Or should it be an appointed Election Chairperson, the corporate attorney, or even an Election Services such as Honest Ballot? Its really up to the board. But I would give it to the manager to handle. It is what they are there for. I heard good things about honest ballot.
