CNYC 2017

The Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums (CNYC) will hold its 37th annual Housing Conference on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at the Eleanor Roosevelt High School at 411 East 76 Street in Manhattan. This is a new venue for CNYC’s Conference, and there will be new programs along with returning favorites. Sixty-seven classes will be offered in the course of the day; fifteen are new. Each conference participant can register for up to four classes. Exhibitors will be on hand to show products and services available to New York cooperatives and condominiums. City agencies will have information on recycling, water conservation, property tax abatements and exemptions, and more.
