Congrats-on-Your-Condo Cards

This photograph of congrats-on-your-new-condo cards is the work of a talented young photographer and street artist named Katie Sokoler, who helms the blog ColorMeKatie. She found these little beauties at a 99¢ store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, on June 25. You can find out more at her original posting here.
We did try to contact her to get the 411 on the 99-centers, but apparently our e-mail went into her spam or something. C'mon, Katie — call or write. You can even use one of those new-condo cards!
