CNYC to Host Virtual Roundtables to Advise Co-op and Condo Boards

The Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums (CNYC) will soon begin hosting a series of virtual roundtables that will provide valuable advice from professionals for co-op and condo board members.

The first session will be held via Zoom at 6 p.m. on Feb. 8, followed by four more on dates yet to be announced. Participants will submit questions in advance to a panel of co-op and condo attorneys, accountants, property managers, engineers and architects. After offering their answers and analyzing best practices, the experts will answer follow-up questions during a Q&A session. Attendees will receive a recap of the questions and answers following the webinar so that they can refer to the discussion when implementing solutions at their buildings. 

The rotating panel of professionals will be led by Michael Wolfe, a CNYC board member and former president of property management at FirstService Residential.

The sessions are free and open to all co-op and condo board members, but advance registration is required. To register, click here. When registering, board members can submit their written questions, which will give the professionals time to prepare their answers.
