There’s no such thing, which is criminal given how many of us are trapped in faux co-ops with far fewer rights and protections than renters. Why is this not being discussed in the mayoral race? How is trapping every lower and middle class person who made the mistake of buying a unit in a building run by corrupt investors with zero regard for fiduciary responsibility not contributing to the housing affordability crisis?
