The all-day conference, which like last year's will be held at Baruch College, 55 Lexington Avenue, at East 24th Street, in Manhattan, is designed to help building leaders manage their properties peak efficiency; cope with legal, financial, and "people" issues; meet residents' diverse needs; plan and budget wisely for the present and the future; learn from the experiences of others; and discover new resources.
CNYC-member buildings can each send one representative at no cost. For additional representatives, registration fees vary depending on the status of your building, the timing of your registration and whether you utilize team registration. Check the Conference Brochure, inserted in the Summer and Autumn issues of the CNYC Newsletter, for details and for the registration form, the latter of which is also available at this link.
The Conference Exhibit Hall, open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., includes both commercial and city-agency exhibitors. In addition, the CNYC television series Co-op Roundtable will be presented throughout the day.
For more information, contact the CNYC at (212) 496-7400 or see the conference page at the association's Web site.
