MECHANICAL CHARGES

Any design, mechanical or typesetting will be charged to agency/client. Minimum charge: $100. Call for quote.

CONTRACT REGULATIONS

1. Rates & conditions are subject to change without notice.
2. A contract year (or twelve-month period) starts from the date of the first insertion.
3. All position requests appearing on orders will be treated as requests unless guaranteed position is purchased.
4. If a committed schedule is not completed, advertiser will be subject to the short rate.
5. Failure to make the order correspond in price or otherwise with the rate schedule is regarded as a clerical error and publication is made and charged upon the terms of the schedule in force without further notice.
6. Publisher will hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and separately liable for all monies due and payable to the publisher.
