...an extant installation of 26 for free under Bargold's rental plan. Engineer Joshua Goldman of Bargold and and Jonathan Shatzkamer of Kaled Management, oversaw the project. Bargold absorbs the cost of the installation, which also includes painting and installation of lighting fixtures in the storage area. The value would have been $3,000 per unit plus the painting and electrical fixtures installation costs. Bargold rents the units directly to the tenants and Bargold pays the building 25% of the gross receipts.

The project, which began January 2008, was completed in April.
