... 10 fully enclosed, corrugated-steel, custom-built storage units for free under Bargold's rental plan. Engineer Joshua Goldman of Bargold, Pam DeLorme of Delkap Management and board president Louis Negron oversaw the project. Bargold absorbs the cost of the installation, which also includes painting and installation of lighting fixtures in the storage area. The value would have been $3,000 per unit plus the painting and electrical fixtures installation costs. Bargold rents the units directly to the tenants and Bargold pays the building 25 percent of the gross receipts. The project, which began in November 2007, was completed in February 2008.
