...an already existing set of sixteen.. Engineer Joshua Goldman of Bargold and Harrin Platzner of Platzner International Group oversaw the project. Under Bargold’s rental plan, the company absorbs the cost of the installation, which also includes painting and installation of lighting fixtures in the area. (The value would have been $3,000 per unit plus the painting and electrical fixtures installation costs.) Bargold then rents the units directly to the tenants and Bargold pays the building 25 percent of the gross receipts. The project, which began in April 2008, was completed in May.
