...storage units to an already existing installation of 26 for free under Bargold's rental plan. Engineer Joshua Goldman of Bargold, Gary Feldman of Benmac Management, oversaw the project. Bargold absorbs the cost of the installation, which includes painting and installation of lighting fixtures. The value would have been $3,000 per unit plus the painting and electrical fixtures installation costs. Bargold rents the units directly to the tenants and Bargold pays the building 25 percent of the gross receipts. The project, which began in February 2008, was completed in April.
