... a $7,322,364 renovation of the entire property. Originally built in the 1970s, the existing residential structure is to be renovated from the foundation up. WB Contracting was contracted to structurally stabilize the foundations, waterproof and make repairs to masonry façades, demolish and install new low slope roof system, demolish and construct new balconies, window and door replacement, and update architectual features for aesthetics. The project was engineered and designed by The Falcon Group: Engineering and Architecture.

Begun in April 2007, the project has an expected completion date is March 2009.
