Award-winning landscaping design architect Bradford Greene was contracted to augment the aesthetic appeal of the community — adjacent to Clove Lakes Park and across from Silver Lake Golf course — whose lush green lawns and plantings provide a pastoral setting for residents and their guests.

New colors and textures were incorporated to enhance the buildings and grounds throughout the changing seasons of the year. Existing underground sprinklers were rearranged for the new plantings. Sagona Landscaping was contracted to carry out the project. In addition, The Fountains’ marble statue of Caesar, a symbol of the community’s strength that overlooks the newly planted floral arrangements, was cleaned by Altus Metal and Marble.

The $108,000 project, overseen by managing company Wentworth Management, began in May 2008 and ended in June.
