APA Restoration of Maspeth, Long Island, to remove its garage's concrete slab and replace it with a new concrete-reinforced slab and a new Kemper 20-year NDL waterproofing vehicular-pedestrian traffic system. The garage is operated by Rapid Park Industries. APA was able to work in sections, allowing the garage to remain operable without any loss of revenues. The building is managed by Midboro Management, with Goldstein Associates the project engineer and Carl Wish the board contact. The $369,143 project began in March 2007 and was completed in August 2007. (Habitat May 2008)
