...to an underground garage. Floodbreak installed the fully automatic floodgate, which requires no people or power for deployment, on the driveway ramp to the garage. Nick Disantis was the project engineer, the building is managed by Einsidler Management and the board contact for the project was Ira Litt. The $125,000 project began on April 28, 2008 and was completed the next day.
