Schnellbacher-Sendon Group is building new parapet walls with side-mounted railings, replacing parapet and bulkhead coping stones, replacing defective brickwork and repointing mortar joints, replacing and refurbishing steel lintels, replacing cast stone windowsills and recaulking window joints.

Rand Engineering & Architecture prepared the construction documents, obtained the Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission work permits, and is providing construction administration.

Ivan Mrakovcic is the project architect. Olive Cole of Tudor Realty Services and board president Bernell Grier are overseeing the $562,000 project, which began in September of this year and is scheduled for completion this summer.
