A Brief Introduction
As my first post for Habitat's Blog, I wanted to do a quick introduction on who I am. My name is Mark Levine and I am currently a partner and Vice President of Business Development of Excel Bradshaw Management Group, LLC, a residential property management firm with offices in Manhattan, Long Island and Brooklyn. We oversee Condominiums and Cooperatives in the local area and I'll be using our experiences and the issues that we deal with on a daily basis as subject for this blog (we'll of course protect the identities of those innocent and not so innocent parties).
