Architecture Restoration Conservation, P.C.
Architecture Restoration Conservation, PC, was established in 2002 to provide specialized architectural, restoration and building conservation services for the investigation, repair, and preservation of buildings. Our assignments have ranged from investigating specific building envelope and waterproofing defects to comprehensive multi-phased restoration projects.
ARC is a multi-disciplinary firm of architects, engineers, and conservators. We are experts in exterior building envelope projects including façade repairs, building condition assessment surveys, Local Law 11/98 Cycle 7 reports, window replacement, roofing systems, and water infiltration mitigation.
Because of our excellent track record for providing superior reports, construction documents and construction administration services, our firm has earned a reputation among clients and contractors as being one of New York City’s top firms specialized in the exterior building envelope.
Our clients include condominiums, cooperatives, private owners, property management firms and private institutions, such as hospitals, universities, and museums.
Joakim Aspegren, AIA, President
