Exterior Renovation: 45 Warren Street, Tribeca
5 Warren Street, a five-story, five-unit condominium in the Tribeca South Historic District Extension in Manhattan, recently completed...
...a limited exterior-repair program. Ideal Roofing & Restoration replaced deteriorated Tuckahoe marble with a historically accurate patching mortar, restored the Tuckahoe marble cornice, and cleaned the entire street-facing façade with mild, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. Rand Engineering & Architecture conducted a façade evaluation, prepared the construction documents, obtained the Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission work permits, and provided construction administration. Rand’s Leon Geoxavier was the project architect and Jacqui Hogans the project associate. Sandra Greer of Sandra Greer Real Estate oversaw the $130,000 project, which began in April 2009 and was completed in December.
